Caribbean Payments Alliance (CPAY) is a payment orchestration platform built for Caribbean businesses by Sebastian Alliance Group LLC in Nassau, The Bahamas. We help merchants accept card, digital wallet and Sand Dollar payments using their own bank or processor relationships, so settlement goes directly to the merchant's own account. CPAY never holds, pools or takes custody of customer funds.
QuickPay is our payment-link product. Create a branded checkout link in minutes and share it by WhatsApp, email, SMS, invoice or QR code. Higher tiers add appointment and table bookings, item and inventory management, recurring subscriptions, quick point of sale, and a complete tablet restaurant POS with table management, split checks, kitchen tickets, tips and menu items. Every QuickPay checkout shows the merchant's own logo, business name, payment description, amount and currency, and links to the merchant's own terms and privacy policy. Card details are captured on the processor's secure hosted payment page, and approved payments produce a printable customer receipt showing the reference, approval code, masked card last four digits and processor result.
CPAY is deliberately processor-neutral. Merchants connect their own gateway credentials for Scotiabank (Fiserv IPG), Plug'n Pay, Visa / SAG CyberSource, SunCash and Harmony Sand Dollar wallets, and other supported rails. If a merchant has not yet connected a processor, QuickPay shows a clear "not configured" status instead of routing a payment anywhere unexpected. Merchants who need a new merchant account can apply for Scotiabank, SunCash or Omni accounts directly from the platform.
Turnkey eStore is our hosted online store and website builder — a Caribbean alternative to Shopify, Wix and Ecwid. Choose a template, edit sections with a live preview, upload your own photos and video, connect your payment processor, then publish. Product catalogues, orders, shipping options, digital receipts and customer emails are included, and merchants moving off Weebly or another builder can have their existing site rebuilt while keeping their web address.
For merchants already running WooCommerce, our Scotiabank payment plugin brings hosted, PCI-conscious card acceptance to WordPress stores across The Bahamas and the wider Caribbean, including refunds, order status sync and reconciliation reporting.
